Service Boundaries & Travel: We proudly serve the greater Atlanta area. Flat travel fees apply for venues located 30+ miles outside the header office center.
Alcohol Policy: Georgia law requires clients to provide the physical alcohol. We handle the custom shopping list, chilled mixers, garnishes, and professional service.
Booking & Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date. Final headcount and remaining balance are required 14 days prior to your celebration.
Bespoke Add-ons: Elevate your experience with real glassware, custom-engraved clear ice, floral bar styling, and artisanal house-made syrups.

What exactly is included in your bar packages?
Each package includes the 6-foot white mobile bar cart, full setup and breakdown, professional bartenders, customized cocktail menus, high-end crystal glassware, garnishes, and all necessary professional bar tools.
What is your alcohol policy?
We operate as a "dry hire" service, meaning we do not sell alcohol. You purchase the spirits, beer, and wine, which allows you to save significantly on markups. We provide a personalized shopping list to make the process completely seamless.
How do I book Wynn Mobile Bar for my event?
Simply fill out our 'Inquiry Form' to share your event details. We'll send a customized quote based on your guest count and menu preferences. Once you approve, a signed contract and non-refundable deposit secure your date.
Are there travel fees or hidden costs?
We include travel within a 30-mile radius of Atlanta. For events further away, a modest travel fee applies. All pricing is transparently listed in your custom quote, including any premium add-ons you select.
